Terms of Service
The rules that govern using Social Remix.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a contract between you and Social Remix (“Social Remix”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using our websites, products, and services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services.
- You’re responsible for your account, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless canceled.
- You can cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Taxes may be added where required by law.
- Trials or promotional offers are subject to the terms presented when you sign up.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so. For example, you will not:
- Violate any law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or post unlawful content.
- Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with or disrupt the Services.
- Use the Services to generate or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, or abusive.
- Reverse‑engineer or circumvent technical protections except as permitted by law.
4. Customer content and licenses
- “Customer Content” includes prompts, briefs, assets, campaign settings, and generated outputs you create in the Services.
- You own your Customer Content. You grant Social Remix a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display it solely to provide and improve the Services.
- You’re responsible for ensuring your use of third‑party content and assets complies with applicable rights and licenses.
5. Generated content and third‑party models
- We may use third‑party AI model providers to generate content or analyze inputs. Their enterprise terms may apply to processing.
- Outputs may be similar to content generated for others. Verify outputs for accuracy and suitability before use.
- You’re responsible for complying with platform policies (e.g., social networks) when publishing generated content.
6. Intellectual property
- We own the Services, including software, designs, methods, and trademarks. These are protected by IP laws.
- Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Services without restriction or compensation.
7. Confidentiality
Each party may access confidential information of the other. You’ll protect it using reasonable measures and only use it as needed to receive or provide the Services.
8. Termination
- You may stop using the Services at any time. Canceling paid plans ends renewal; access continues until the end of the term.
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Services and users.
- Upon termination, we’ll delete or return Customer Content per our Privacy Policy and Data Retention practices, subject to legal requirements and backups.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be error‑free or suitable for every use case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Remix and its suppliers won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amounts paid by you to Social Remix in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Social Remix harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, Customer Content, or breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law; disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll notify you by email or an in‑app message. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
